  27. Just tried that "blind-dialing" command.  I can now hear it dial, but
  28. still can't hear the dial tone.  And nothing out the other end (ie. the
  29. dialed number doesn't ring).

  31. I'm beginning to think this is just a defective POS that I should take
  32. back over lunch.
